Trampoline is a device with piece of taut and strong fabric stretched in between a steel frame using coiled springs. It is basically used to jump and also for competitive purposes. Trampoline exercises the whole body and the g-force that bouncing produces helps to build muscle and burn fat quickly. The main work out will happen to the lower part of the body i.e., legs, thighs, stomach, arms and hips which is used to balance our body with perfect fit. Also a new study by the American council on exercise(ACE) finds that bouncing on a mini trampoline for 20 minutes is as good as running and you feel more better and fun doing this activity. It is used in the sport of trampolining which is also known as rebound tumbling.
